Tammie’s Bling is open Monday-Saturday and we try our best to get online orders shipped as soon as possible. Most orders will be shipped by the next business day, but please allow 48 hours to receive shipping/tracking information.
Please keep in mind that shipments are out of our control once they leave our store. If you do not receive an order, please let us know and we will try our very best to locate any missing packages, but ultimately it is up to the shipping carriers. We are not responsible for lost/missing/stolen packages. Claims must be filed directly through the carrier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) for any refunds or compensation.
